I offer intuitive psychic readings that explore your past, present, and future. Using crystal balls, gemstones, and the energy of psychometry, I provide answers and closure to your questions. I have over 18 years of professional experience and am available for groups and parties of 4-6 people at your venue. In addition to providing readings at parties, I also offer private appointments for individuals and couples.

When you book a session with me, we will work together to call in the people from your past and ask to receive messages from them if the spirit is willing. These connections often happen as part of a regular reading, but you can also book a separate 45-minute appointment for this purpose. To make the most of our session, I ask that you let me know upon booking who you would like to contact so that I can meditate on the spirit prior to our meeting.

As a registered holistic nutritionist with over 25 years of experience, I believe that true well-being is achieved when the whole body, mind, and spirit are in harmony. I create a personalized lifestyle plan that addresses your unique needs and goals.

This program may be purchased as individual sessions or as 6 or  8 session.  You will be educated on the glycemic index, good versus bad carbohydrates,  how fats affect your blood sugar and preventative nutrition,.  Depending on your situation, the sessions will be designed around your health requirements.  Individual sessions are $60, 6 session - $340, 8 sessions - $440 inclusive.  Meal plans and weigh ins will be included.  

Here you will learn how to eat a whole natural foods diet, just for the health of it.  You will leave your sessions with a good understanding of what "your" body needs  for optimal health.  You will understand why a balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates are essential for good health.  How to optimize your energy levels, brain function, bowel function and skin health through diet and exercise.  These sessions are very beneficial for individuals dealing with mental health disorders.
